Synopsis
Dalam era persaingan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif, kinerja karyawan menjadi salah satu faktor kunci keberhasilan organisasi. Buku ini mengupas secara mendalam bagaimana kepemimpinan transaksional dan sistem kompensasi yang efektif dapat menjadi strategi yang kuat untuk mendorong peningkatan produktivitas dan loyalitas karyawan.
