Synopsis

Buku ini membahas strategi peningkatan kinerja karyawan melalui pendekatan kepemimpinan melayani yang dilandasi oleh nilai-nilai religius. Dalam era kerja yang menuntut produktivitas tinggi dan integritas moral, pemimpin dituntut tidak hanya mampu mengarahkan, tetapi juga melayani dan menjadi teladan spiritual bagi bawahannya.

Kepemimpinan melayani berfokus pada pelayanan kepada bawahan, pengembangan potensi individu, serta penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang harmonis. Ketika kepemimpinan ini dipadukan dengan prinsip-prinsip religius, seperti kejujuran, keikhlasan, tanggung jawab moral, dan keteladanan spiritual, maka terbentuklah gaya kepemimpinan yang tidak hanya efektif, tetapi juga beretika dan bermakna.

Buku ini menyajikan landasan teoritis, kerangka strategi, serta pendekatan praktis yang dapat diterapkan oleh para pemimpin organisasi, manajer sumber daya manusia, maupun praktisi pendidikan dalam membangun budaya kerja yang produktif, beretika, dan berorientasi pada nilai-nilai spiritual.

Melalui buku ini, pembaca diajak untuk memahami bahwa kepemimpinan yang baik bukan hanya soal mengarahkan, tetapi juga soal melayani dengan hati dan menjunjung nilai-nilai religius demi menciptakan kinerja yang berkelanjutan dan berdampak.

Author Biography

Tomy Fitrio, Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Indragiri

Tomy Fitrio lahir di Panyakalan Solok 29 Februari tahun 1980. Menyelesaikan pendidikan Sarjana Ekonomi Universitas Andalas tahun 2002. Magister Manajemen di Universitas Negeri Padang tahun 2007 dan Program Doktor Ilmu Manajemen di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia (STIESIA) Surabaya pada tahun 2021. Pengalaman pekerjaan sebagai Deskman BRI Unit tahun 2003-2004, Mantri BRI Unit tahun 2005-2006, Account Officer BRI Kanwil Pekanbaru tahun 2007-2014 dan sekarang sebagai dosen pada Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Indragiri.
