Synopsis
Buku ini merupakan panduan komprehensif yang membahas ilmu kehutanan dari aspek ekologi, sosial, ekonomi, hingga kebijakan pengelolaan berkelanjutan. Disusun secara sistematis, buku ini menguraikan konsep dasar hutan dan kehutanan, fungsi ekologis dan ekonomi hutan, strategi konservasi, hingga isu global seperti deforestasi dan perubahan iklim. Pendekatan berbasis regulasi, partisipasi masyarakat, dan teknologi mutakhir seperti GIS dan penginderaan jauh menjadi penekanan utama dalam setiap bab. Ditujukan bagi mahasiswa, akademisi, praktisi, dan pemerhati lingkungan, buku ini mendorong pemahaman kritis dan praktik pengelolaan hutan yang adaptif terhadap tantangan masa kini dan masa depan
